Most people use very basic weapons and armour. Kinetic weaponry, combustion engines and calculating devices fell below the Technics of the Great Nations but are too advanced for the Shattered world to conceive or Build.

A number of Devices or technologies of Elder Technic survive. These work to varying degree, but lie beyond the understanding of those who use them.

Rokitt Technology: Rare, Reliable, Fuelled.

Rockitts may be used to effect rapid transit between Moons when they drift close enought to one another. What they gain in speed however they lose in endurance. Devices rarely have the Fuel reserve for long journeys.

Examples:

Rockitt sled/Cycle.
Ajax Class War Rockitt.

Dirigibles. Common, Reliable, Slow.

The Mainstay of Commerce the Dirigible allows transit between Moons as their Orbits bring them close enough to one another. Dirigibles have great range but are slow. Long range travel however is fraught and the Aether hides many dangers

Blaster technology: Common, Unreliable.

Hand held Plasma Torches capable of inflicting terrible wounds on the unprotected. Blasters have a Short range, a tendency to short out ( a failure to hit indicates the device has runn out of juice) and many have been altered to run using local rules, and so rarely work beyond their core realm.

An Alternate form generates a plasma 'sword' which can be weilded in hand to hand combat.

Sheild Technology: Rare, Unreliable. Range limited.

The Perfect defence Plasma Weapons a personal sheild also protects against other weapons although a skilled fighter can defeat it. The slow blade penetrates the sheild.

Though the generator is small enough to be worn concealed the power for the sheild is derived from a Base unit which is not usually portable. The Sheild generators only work within half a mile from their generators.

A larger form of Generator is used on some Imperial shipping.

Soul Gems and Infinity Circuits. Rare, Reliable, Expensive.

In the Aftermath of the Cataclysm a great amount of effort was expended by the survivor states to prevent the Angels from taking their vengence on all who died.

Soulgems are a worn device which records all that an individual experiences and at death snags their soul to prevent it from falling into the clutches of the Adversary.
The Soulgem is then loaded to into the Infinity circuit where the Soul is slowly absorbed into community of their ancestors. After a period of time the now empty Soulgem can be removed from the Circuit and the process can be repeated with a fresh person.
The Illuminators who tend to the Circuit are known to keep elaborate records of the list of those who have possessed certain stones and their deeds.

What is less known is that as the stones cycle through worthy and unworthy owners they slowly pick up a Theotechnic signature. Those that resonate particularly with the ethics of their community may be employed to attempt Apotheosis.
