Obersturmbannfuhrer Michael Wittmann could be a Leader Of Note within the game. We've not decided on who they are yet.

==UPDATE==

ARMY SIZE
Game currently has two Divisions per side (but we may be adding another Infantry Division each to flesh out the numbers).
We still do not intend to represent British or Canadian forces due to the scale adopted (and those forces were not all that different from the US anyway).

SIDE DECISION:GERMAN SELLING POINT
Panther Battalion. All but sodding indestructible (joy *sigh*).

SIDE DECISION:US SELLING POINT
Hey, at least it won't hurt for long! Wink Lets see how many M4 Sherman's we can get reduced to atoms in as little time as possible!

COMMENCEMENT
We'll get Waging Of War out of the way first (set for the 28th) then see where we stand. Documentation may be published in advance to give plenty of time to assimilate everything.

Re Army size-
Is that 1 tank/veh = 1 model? If not, what?
If so, Wow !

One Stand (ie, 1/300 sclae model mounted on a 1nch square base) represents one Platoon. So your typical battalion will consist of about 10-15 stands (3 Companies plus HQ).

Sample US Battalion;

1st Tank Battalion (Regulars);
Battalion HQ ;
.........1 M4 sherman HQ
.........1 M4 half track (81mm mortar)
.........1 M4 sherman (105mm howitzer)
I company;
.........3 M4 sherman
II company;
.........3 M4 sherman
III company;
.........3 M4 sherman

(12 Stands)
