It's a follow on....basically once M_rvel lost their original court case, they created a comic where they ripped the P out of CoH; and got hit by their very own lawsuit Smile

Maybe Marvel should sue anyone who makes paper. After all you could draw images of Wolverine on paper that violate their IP.

I think that Marvel are in a generally litigious frame of mind this year... Stan Lee had to sue them in January to get his share of the profits from Spiderman, and Marvel subsequently lost an appeal in May... so maybe Marvel felt the need to win a court case... even though half their claims were thrown out in May's hearing with NCSoft

Looks like the key thing is, as a player you can customise your character's look and name and come up with a fairly good look-a-like, but is that the responsibility of the people who own the host server? I think not!
